Crêpes Based on a recipe I found in Corsica in 2015 2 p4 p 25 g50 gbutter Wait for it to soften or melt it, then put into a large bowl 100 g200 gflour ½ tbsp1 tbspoil 2–44–6eggs 125 ml250 mlmilk salt nutmeg Add to the bowl ½1 (ca. 3 dl)beer Add to the bowl while mixing until the color is uniform and no clumps remain The dough should be very liquid – if necessary, add more milk or beer Let the dough sit for a couple minutes Fry the crêpes in a large pan with some butter
