Crêpes

Based on a recipe I found in Corsica in 2015

Wait for it to soften or melt it,
then put into a large bowl
Add to the bowl

Add to the bowl while mixing until the color is uniform and no clumps remain

The dough should be very liquid – if necessary, add more milk or beer

Let the dough sit for a couple minutes
Fry the crêpes in a large pan with some butter
